SSL Certificate CSR Creation for cPanel & WebHost Manager (WHM) Web Server

How to generate a CSR in cPanel WHM Web Server

1) Enter the WebHost Manager.

2) In the SSL/TLS menu, Click the link for 'Generate an SSL Certificate and Signing Request.'

3) Enter an email address that the certificate and private key should be sent to.

4) In the 'Host to make cert for' field, type the fully qualified domain name of the site you are securing.

5) Fill out the other fields with your correct company information.

6) Make up a password to be associated with the certificate. You will need to remember this password later.

7) Click the 'Create' button.

8) Go to the Email account where the CSR was sent and retreive your CSR. Copy and paste the entire CSR (including the BEGIN and END lines) to the Digicert order form.
