This position will be responsible for helping to drive the overall strategy and owning the implementation of our customer marketing lifecycle campaigns including: planning, designing and implementing onboarding, nurture, retention and loyalty programs. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the programs and ensuring integration across all customer touch points. You will also work closely with our data analytics team to derive customer insights that help drive retention and reactivation effectiveness. You will collaborate with our Marketing Automation team to deliver creative and technical direction to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery of marketing campaigns.


Build, deploy, monitor and improve customer marketing strategies and programs, including, email, social, and digital advertising

Develop hypotheses-based test plans in concert with Analytics, Creative and Marketing Automation teams

Identify opportunities to simplify programs using automation and dynamic content

Develop and drive customer engagement strategies to improve customer experience and increase cross-sell and upsell

Provide accurate and timely reporting on success of programs, as well as recommendations for improvement

Identify opportunities to increase loyalty, cross-sell, upsell, retention and advocacy across products, customers segments and regions (NAM, APAC, EMEA, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or relevant field

An eye for detail and a passion for on-brand communications

A customer-first mindset that solves for “right for me” solutions and communications

Proven experience in developing cross functional relationships within a matrix environment

Strong problem solving and analytical skills; data driven mindset

Demonstrated program/project management and ability to drive business results

Engage and motivate advocates with effective communication skills, strong formal presentation and out of the box thinking

Strong team player, with a can-do attitude

5-7 years in marketing, customer programs, other relevant experience

Bonus Experience:

Experience or familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
