This position is located in London, UK.

Ensures that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services. Works closely with Sales Account Manager and oversees day-to-day relationship with client. Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements. Works with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met.

Build a strategic partnership with our customers by ensuring we meet their business needs, become their trusted industry advisor, and enable our customers to take full advantage of the available product portfolio in order to maximize retention rates and drive revenue.

Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

Manage day to day interaction with customers via phone, email, and web conference lines

Ensure customers are using the products and services they have purchased by working directly those responsible for use within the company

Tracking of customer activity to include upsells, successful implementations, objections, issues and new feature requests

Work with product management for any new feature requests and set timeline expectations with the customer

Work with technical support for any issues raised, and coordinate updates with customer

Relevant experience preferably for a technology company managing a large number of Enterprise customers

Dedicated, ethical and determined person with an insatiable desire to learn

Goal oriented, self-motivated with positive energy and drive representing DigiCert in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently in a demanding, fast pace, ever-changing team environment

Demonstrate ability to manage company resources, manage client expectations and understand our client’s business

Effective organizational skills and an advanced knowledge of sales automation tools

Strong phone, written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills

A strong working knowledge of personal computers, applications etc. such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong account management and relationship building skills

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

Bachelor’s degree

4-6 years’ experience working with large enterprises

Experience with upselling services

A strong understanding of website security and cybersecurity

Experience speaking to customers at all levels, from highly technical to C-level

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Preferable holding supporting industry certification, i.e., CISSP, Security+

Previous experience working with large enterprise accounts

Experience delivering sales presentations to high-level executives

Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts

Disciplined, decisive and innovative mind to be able to avoid or get around blocks and maximize market opportunities
