This position is located in London, UK.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with existing and new customers by understanding customer security requirements and providing a solution based approach to help customers fulfillment their needs. Build, develop, access and grow strong executive level relationships in IT and the business within designated accounts.

Responsibilities:
Build a strategic partnership with our customers by ensuring we meet their business needs, become their trusted industry advisor, and enable our customers to take full advantage of the available product portfolio in order to maximize retention rates and drive revenue.

Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance Index areas

Ability to educate potential customers on products and services with regards to Internet security and the value of our brand and technology

Strong Customer Retention focus

Overcome technical and business objectives of prospective customers

Build and present account review presentations

Emphasize saleable features and quote prices

Up-sell based on solution and services

Establish, build and manage client relationships with key decision makers and build “trust” within those organizations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive Enterprise certificate solutions

Accountable to a set of net new large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts

Field sales new and renewal business representative will develop sales strategies and attract new clients

Forecast sales, report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

Familiarity with different basic sales techniques, mainly solution selling methodologies

Self-motivated and driven

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills as the job requires describing services in order to persuade a potential customer to make a purchase

Ability to analyze, assess and address customer’s needs.

Goal oriented, self-motivated with positive energy and drive representing Digicert in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently in a demanding, fast pace, every changing sales team environment. Ability to use initiative and think quickly in order to close a sale

Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

High level of initiative and ability to work well in a fast-pace team environment

Strong analytical, evaluative, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Customer service oriented

Ability to work in a collaborative environment on-site and remotely

Flexible and adaptable (working hours and responsibilities)

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

5+ Years’ experience in a Corporate Account Manager role

Proven track record of sourcing new sales opportunities, self-generate leads with no reliance on marketing programs, while negotiating & closing sales to achieve quotas

Proven sales experience and acquisition of new business customers

Multi-lingual (depending on location)

Excellent oral and written skills

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel) & Internet savvy

Complete optional LED Online Training courses specific to Enterprise role.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

University level degree, or a qualification in business, marketing, sales, management or a similar subject is useful
