As a member of the global HR team, your role is to provide and influence HR, Total Rewards and TA best practices, policies, and systems which help attract, retain and mobilize high quality and engaging employees, while supporting business priorities and promoting a competitive advantage.
Provide full local support on our global HR regions including statutory compliance processes and tasks
HR administration and assist with the full employee life cycle process including off-boarding programs, annual reviews, employee relations, total rewards, and wellness program
Ability to keep up-to-date with local and global employment policies and legislations
To coordinate on logistics/documentation for international assignments and relocations, if applicable
Update and maintain employee information on our HR systems and files promptly and accurately
Work with regional People leaders in partnering with managers on day-to-day employee relations, organizational programs, design/implement solutions, performance management and provide guidance on employee related issues
Assist on ad hoc and special projects, when required, including those related to the development engagement programs, and implementation of global policies, tools and practices, in addition to the handling of routine HR operational work and reports
Manage and maintain outsourced vendor for labor insurance, attendance management, payroll, invoice processing
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously

Ability to work in a collaborative environment on-site and remotely
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 3 years of generalist human resources experience, ideally with a global company and in the web security and/or IT tech industry space is preferred
English: Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language
Good working knowledge of Japan employment law is a must. Hands on experience in handling employee relations
Hands-on experience in the HR function with responsibilities in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and performance management
Experience working in an HRIS system, preferably with ADP and/or other Global HR systems
Experience working in an applicant tracking system
Experience working in and/or knowledge in the web security and/or IT tech industry space is preferred
Vendor management experience is a plus
