Sales Operations Specialist

Description:
Join our growing Emerging Market team to focus on Deal Desk Management in Utah! In this role, you will partner with Emerging Market team to drive and manage deal execution globally, closing high quality business in a timely manner.

This role will work closely with Emerging Market leadership team, supporting them with insights into global best practices to help accelerate commercial discussions.

Responsibilities:

Self-manage workload to ensure timely deal cycles

Own deal opportunities internally, working closely with sales teams, legal and x-functional teams (legal, finance, product, compliance etc) on the commercial deal structure, agreement generation and approval cycles

Handles lead pass program between SSL and Emerging Mkt Team

Ensures that the needs of sales and customers are being met

Identifies internal roadblocks, provide solutions and alternatives, communicate next steps, escalate where needed

Communicate monthly and quarterly deal quality and operational metric trends to relevant Emerging Mkt stakeholders

Advise Emerging Mkt leadership to help manage overall business execution, being a key contributor to business reviews and forecast meetings

Conduct ad hoc root cause analysis on performance issues and provide recommendations backed by data analysis

Leverage analytical and operational insights to identify optimization opportunities across the spectrum of people, process, policy and systems

Prepare presentations and training documents

Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways

Desired Experience:

Ability to work well with cross functional teams and influence as well as build relationships with these teams

Attention to detail, good time management and planning skills, ability to work under pressure

Deal and/or Contract management experience is preferred

Tech industry experience

Experience in the Sales environment is preferred

Salesforce tools
