After disastrously choosing a different company for the SSL cert we needed (an experience that covered three days, a total of 11 hours on the phone, 10 phone calls, 4 hang-ups, and 3 different usernames and 6 changed passwords at their insistence...), we gave up.
Our experience with DigiCert was the polar opposite. Entered all our info, had one phone call with an incredibly helpful Sam E., uploaded our CSR, and just like that... we were done!

High quality/skilled support staff !
I've contacted Digicert support maybe 3 times in the last year or so for various questions and they have always responded within an hour or maybe two and have presented solutions to my problems that make sense and can be understood. Also their web pages (like https://www.digicert.com/code-signing/ev-code-signing-dual-signing-sha256-sha1.htm) are very informative, precise and so easy to understand and follow. Thanks for your hard and great work! It is noticed and appreciated. Keep up the good work and you’ll have loyal and happy customers for years to come.
