Integration overview
The CA Connector enables Device Trust Manager to work seamlessly with external CA services, giving customers a consistent interface and full access to the Device Trust Manager feature set.
With Trust Lifecycle Manager’s EJBCA connector for Enterprise JavaBeans Certificate Authority (EJBCA), you can now:
- Issue, enroll, and manage certificates from EJBCA.
- Import existing EJBCA certificates into the Trust Lifecycle Manager inventory for centralized management.
- Create certificate profiles by using the base templates for private user and server certificates from EJBCA:
NOTE: This feature is only available for TLM Advanced and Premium customers.
Why it matters
- Includes EJBCA in centralized enterprise management and inventories.
- Allows application of organizational and regulatory policies in use of EJBCA as with other CAs.
- Allows administrators to use one consistent set of tools for organizational PKI, including EJBCA.
