Customer Relations Intern

  • Report to Customer Relations Manager
  • Communicate with customers in an effective and timely manner to make sure they are aware of upcoming deadlines
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships by proactively reaching out to customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities and come up with marketing strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty with current customers
  • Other duties as assigned

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education institution or recent graduate
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person communication skills
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Strong problem solving skills and a quick learner
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, and good time management skills
