Readiness Awards Nominations
are Now Open!  

By submitting a nomination, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility Criteria. Open to organizations by e-mail invite only. Employees of DigiCert, Inc. and its affiliates (“DigiCert”) and immediate family members are not eligible to participate as representatives of nominees.
2. Judging Process. Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Participants understand the judges may be affiliated with DigiCert. Decisions by judges are final and binding.
3. Submissions. Participants grant DigiCert a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce submitted materials.
4. Publicity. Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and organization details, including with respect to videos produced in connection to the awards, for promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Privacy. Personal data collected will be used as detailed in our Privacy Policy available at https://privacy.digicert.com/policies/.
6. Award and Acceptance. The award will be a plaque and carries a value of approximately US$200. The award is not redeemable for cash. Winners agree to comply with reasonable instructions from DigiCert in accepting the award.
7. No Endorsement. Participation does not constitute an endorsement of any company or its product or services by DigiCert or its judges.
8. Liability Release. Participants agree to release DigiCert from any claims related to participation in the awards, or acceptance or use of the award, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes and Cancellation. DigiCert reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the awards without prior notice.
10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
