DigiCert Ombudsman

The DigiCert Ombudsman Program is a transparent and community-responsive mechanism for handling reported issues with DigiCert’s conduct within the WEBPKI community as a Certificate Authority (CA) but excluding technical issues better suited for Bugzilla. This process enables any stakeholder—be it a customer, browser vendor, security researcher, or member of the public—to submit a complaint or concern regarding DigiCert’s conduct.
