Improving data security is a priority for every impact-conscious company, and DigiCert plays a major role in securing the data of organizations around the world to help them achieve their ESG goals.

DigiCert participates in local college and career fairs to provide STEM pathways to marginalized communities. And in 2022, we adopted a hybrid work model that allows employees flexibility in their work hours, supporting the needs of those who carry the burden of caregiving outside of work—a burden that’s long made professional progress difficult for the women who often shoulder the bulk of the load.  

Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is reflected in the makeup of our board, 50% of which are minorities. All levels of our organization offer an open-door policy to support our commitment to providing a safe environment for
our people.

One of the biggest threats to the infrastructure that keeps the modern world moving is something that can’t be seen with the naked eye. Cyberattacks are a manmade disaster, but they’re often as devastating to the operations we all rely on as a flood or hurricane—and the human consequences are sometimes more widespread.  

That’s why we see sustainability as more than just an environmental issue. But although the digital nature of our business has a low environmental impact by design, we’ve begun working to set science-based targets to reduce our footprint, with a goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030.
