Purchase Quote SSL Price Inquiry & How to Submit a PO
Purchasing an SSL certificate and getting it installed on your server doesn't need to be a hassle, and neither does getting a price quote, nor getting your order placed. If you have any questions about pricing, see our page on SSL certificate price and feature comparison.
Getting a Quote
If you need a price quote for requisition purposes, getting one is as easy as giving us a call or emailing sales@digicert.com.
Submitting a Purchase Order
If you are a first-time customer, and purchase orders are required for your acquisition process, please contact us via chat, phone or email (support@digicert.com) and let us know that you need an account that supports purchase orders. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to create your purchase order in our system as well as upload it electronically or submit it via fax.
Note: You will always want to create a purchase order inside your account before sending a hard copy or fax, as that will greatly reduce confusion and in general expedite the PO process.
Using a PO to Order a Certificate
From inside your account, when you click one of the links to order a certificate, you will be brought to our online order form. The first step will have you select your certificate type, the number of years your certificate will be for, and then select your payment method. If you are paying with a purchase order, you should see the PO listed here and be able to select it.
